1. Play your counter strike 1.6
2. Go to Find Server
3. Go to Favorites
4. Click add server
5. Input servers, for example 121.209.242.163:27015 or 203.98.81.22:27031 for protocol 48. you can find another counter strike online servers list here http://www.cstrike.ro/cs_1.6_servers.php
6. After that duble clik or click join to the room.
7. Now you can play counter strike with internet network.
