Connect Access Database To Microsoft Visual Studio

how to Connect Access Database To Microsoft Visual Studio ? there are very simple to connect your access database to microsoft visual studio, before you connecting you must creat a access databe without any error, to do that don't create table with zero or blank data, your database must have data. After you finish with your table save your access database without change file version, if you using microsoft access 2007 don't save your database to .mdb (microsoft access 2003) this is for avoiding error when you connect your database. okay after you finish with access database follow this step to connect that to microsoft visual basic :

1. Open your microsoft visual basic project or create new project
2. Click on data and then add new data source
3. Click database
4. Click dataset
5. Click new connection
6. Data source using "Microsoft Access Database File (OLE DB)"
7. Input your file acces addres into database file name
8. Test connection, if no error click next if you find error please check your file addres, and then go to advanced, check your provider Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0 for access database 2003 and Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0 for acces database 2007
9. Click ok and then click next
10. If your database file not on the current folder project click yes to duplicate that to your folder project
11. save your connection and click save
12. Select your database object (sellect all on table )
13. and then click finish.
14. Now your database showed on data source tab

now your database already connected to your project. wait my next post :D
