i dont know what can i share with you, im just will share about my experience with payoneer. yesterday im signup for payoneer card for payouts my infolinks accounts. im have been request for my card and im sucses to follow many step. and then im be redirected to login pages but when im login there are showing that my account blocked, this is the notification "Account Blocked! (#MA104) Please contact customer support" and then im send a email to payoneer costumer support and im recive automatic messege that im must to contact costumer support on then webpages form. and then im follow tahat step but after im click submit email thera showing some eror filed. oh my god what can i do with it? can some one help me?i think i can wait the payoneer card send via post to my home and then im will use forget password, because forget pasword system must fill the last 4 number of the card. i hope im will can login after it. hey are we can have a many payoneer card from different program? are its legal? i think its can :) i am will get a litle information for you, to order mastercard from payoneer its free 100% you can order by frienfinder or you can order by infolinks its very nice because its free 100% and its no fee, haha check this out friends :) im will share with you how to get free creditcard from payoneer via infolinks.
infolinks is a in text advertisin program so you must have a blog, after you have a blog you must register in infolinks.com after you signup wait until your blog aproved after it you can set the payment with mastercard and click link to payoneer, and then fill the form with corectly and then you can wait until the card send to your home via post

thats really sad to hear that your account got blocked i am facing some kinda case same like yours but in a different manner.
