Nofollow Link for SERP

Nofollow link is useful for SERP if this link under same topic. ^_^ haha i know it from my friends ^_^ but i dont know how and why? cz we cant know what is the agloritma google search engine, ^_^ hehe

so what do you think?

i think nofollow or dofollow is not a problem but iam just targeted on visitor, ^_^ my friends ask "Dofollow can up your pagerank" "nofollow can up your serp" are high PR now take effect with SERP?

My blog have been at position 1, but this is have not pagerank? i think page ranks is not influential with SERP
